Well, it looks like the heat stress of the day on Sunday may have caused a minor case of shingles, something I had been considering because I had a friend who had that problem recently and it was on my mind. Got a prescription for a topical creme and was told to take Zyrtec along with it. It isn’t itching as much at least. Maybe that will make it easier to sleep.
Probably won’t get much done the rest of this week either, since I need to run errands tomorrow and go to the dentist on Friday. Some weeks are like that. 
Just more and more of them lately!
