Skipped another day, and a Sunday at that. Just was exhausted by the end of the day yesterday. We had a birthday party in Georgetown, after staying up until 4 AM, and then I had to come home and work. Got two submissions out and watched the rest of Fear Itself. Not sure why, as there was really only one really good episode out of 13. That one, I loved. The rest were pitiful.
Today I didn’t get a whole lot done on any front. Had to go to the post office again, and then came back and wrote the beginning of a new story I hope to get finished and polished for a call with a March 31st deadline. That doesn’t sound TOO bad, but I start edits on Conn-Mann next week, which will eat into my day a bit.
Went over the proof of one story today and received contract for another. Plus one rejection that had some very useful feedback.
And then I went on a PhotoWalk through downtown Austin that took my evening. I hope you don’t mind photos instead of poetry tonight…
