Had to take Luther to the vet this morning between 7-9 for his 6 month check-up. THAT was an adventure. Newell did get up to help me catch him, but then decided to take advantage of the situation and grab a little more sleep. 😛 That didn’t help. He is not feeling well and will be home all day. Probably sleeping.
Today is a sad day for Austin…the town “mascot” Leslie Cochran has died. Though I never met Leslie personally, I remember stories of him for most of my life. He will be missed.
It’s hard for me to get motivated on days Newell stays home. For one thing, I have access to the car… I wonder if  I should take advantage of that…?
I’m supposed to work in the Studio today. Let’s see what happens. 🙂
UPDATE ONE: And…not a thing got done. Well, I finished my book on the Kindle. And I played with my camera. Took a little nap. If I don’t get my act together, I will have to change the name of my blog…
Also went to get Luther from the vet after his checkup, and they are concerned he might have a form of highly malignant cancer that is  often seen in white cats. Great. So I have to keep an eye on a place on his nose and put sun screen on his nose and ears if he goes outside. This is our fraidy cat. That should be interesting… I do hope it turns out to be nothing, because he is also my gentle giant, and I am very fond of this foundling.
