If you've ever heard the Bards then you know what they're capable of. If you haven't ... well you don't know what you're missing; ... My all-time favourite Bards' song was "Wild Mountain Thyme" until I heard Marc singing his heart out on
"Soul of a Harper".
Awesome, unique sound. Versatile material. Superior group!

This CD immediately became the favorite one in my playlist. I go around humming "The Old Dun Cow" and it keeps me cheerful and energetic throughout the day. My friends love "Angel's Lament" and "Jedi Drinking Song." "Exclamations" made me laugh so hard I nearly choked; I hadn't heard some of those sci-fi-coined words in twenty years. And hilarious songs such as these mesh seamlessly with haunting, lovely tunes like
"Soul of a Harper" and "Buttercup's Lament."
It would be difficult for me to list my 5 favorite Bard
songs,
because I like 'em all, but I'll give it a try:
*Soul of A Harper
*Happily Ever After
*The Jedi Drinking Song
*Lily the Pink
*Drummer Boy (live bootleg) --- Christina
